How do I pay for my classes?
You have three payment options:
- Cash: Cash payments can be made in person at the LtL main campus.
- Bank Transfer: If you are paying from overseas or cannot come by our school, you can transfer money to our bank account. Please contact us for our bank information.
- Cash Pick Up Service: We will send an express delivery company to pick up a cash payment at any location within Beijing. A service charge of 5 RMB plus 1% of the total amount will be applied and should be paid directly to the courier upon pick-up. Please call us at 5100 1269 and we can arrange a cash pick-up service for you.
Notes:
1) Please make sure to pay us in advance for any classes you want to take. All fees must be paid in full before the start of classes.
2) For bank transfers, please note that banks in China will require you to bring your passport to electronically transfer money.
3) For express delivery service, please be warned that that couriers in China are always notoriously late, so it’s best to give yourself an allowance when waiting or else leave the money with someone you trust. They can also do pick-ups on weekends.
My company is paying for my Chinese lessons. Can your school issue official fa piaos for reimbursement purposes?
Yes, we can issues official fa piaos. Please notify us if you would be needing one so that we can prepare it for you ahead of time.
I travel around a lot for business. Can I do my classes over Skype so I don’t miss any lessons?
Of course! You can have classes over the Internet anytime it’s convenient for you. Homework and study materials can just be emailed to you. Simply inform your teacher ahead of time about this arrangement.
We work in a very specialized industry that uses a lot of technical Chinese terms. Can you customize a program for our employees?
Yes, we can. This is one of the benefits of working with a private language school. We can sit down and work side by side with your HR department to design a course plan that focuses on special terms often used in your industry or workplace.
