What experience do your teachers have?
Our teachers are all degree-holders in Teaching Chinese as a Foreign Language. Some even hold post-graduate credentials. All are government-certified instructors from China’s top language schools and have at least 2 years of teaching experience.
Aren’t you expensive?
Compared to other quality teaching institutions we’re pretty cheap. Compared to a guy on the Shanghai-Beijing motorway with a sandwich board that says, “Will teach Chinese for food,” we’re not.
In the end, it comes down to trust. That’s why we offer free trial classes to all students, no strings attached. You have no obligation to sign up after your trial if you feel you’re not ready to study yet.
Where are you located?
We are right at the heart of Beijing’s Central Business District (CBD) in Chaoyang. The campus is surrounded by banks, offices and other business establishments, making it a very convenient location. We are also right next to Dawanglu 大望路 subway station on Line 1 (one station east of Guomao) and near dozens of bus routes so it’s easy to reach us via public transport.

Do you have a nice campus?
Our school has been designed with the highest feng-shui and professional standards to provide an atmosphere that is optimal for learning. We have a study area filled with learning resources and equipped with free Internet, as is the rest of the school. Plus, we have a balcony that opens up to an interesting view of the neighborhood where you can sip coffee or beer or join us during our monthly barbecue parties. You are welcome to drop by any time to have a look!
Can you really teach me to become fluent quickly?
As with any worthy endeavor in life, learning Chinese all comes down to dedication. How much time you’re willing to spend studying, and more importantly, actually going out there and interacting with Chinese people in Mandarin, will have the largest impact on how quickly you learn.
For our part, we promise to give you a good foundation, guide your studies, provide resources and give you encouragement. This is actually our favorite part about having a Mandarin school and our biggest source of pride: seeing our students improve their communication skills with our help.
Why are you doing this?
Simply, because it’s fun and we want to. We are a bunch of foreigners who love the language and who really enjoyed our time studying Mandarin at various Chinese government universities.
